Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip the Shimmer cosmetic to your Tempo
2. Que any playlist
3. Equip the Loadout with the Shimmer Tempo
4. Wait for the game to start

Explanation

(Xbox) Shimmer Tempo Cosmetic Gameplay Bug
You spawn in the game with no Character model or weapon for a couple of seconds, then your chosen Character skin and Loadout is replaced with the Aeros (Base) skin, Tempo & Slinger (Base) (no attachments) & Grenade. (I'm assuming with no Perks as well)
Changing the Shimmer cosmetic mid game reverts back to normal. (Chosen Character skin and Loadout)
