Depth 2 Gotorok Gatekeeper fungal bogs. During boss fight whenever we would take the boss hp down to cause him to destroy the orb protection he would bug and become invulnerable and still attack us...

Gotoorak gatekeeper became invincible, but the stone didn't pop and it still runs around the map and killing us

During boss, the orb never got loose and the boss continued dealing damage. But its state was still invulnarable. We could not complete the round and had to die.

Final stage of gatekeeper fight, end of 45 minute mission. Final podium doesnt break so we had to abandon the mission. boss invulnerable undtil you throw ball in hole.

Gate keeper just walking around after fully breaking shield not starting his second phase for tossing orbs into pit.

Depleted the last armor or shield segment of the boss but he kept running around and never went back into the hole to release the orb. We had used satchel charges and I think it bugged out his path...

we were fighting the gotoorak gatekeeper and his shield was broken but he never switched to his hp, we had no ball that was pickable making him unkillable

our group got into the boss level, but the Gotoorak(?) after losing its first healthbar didn't enter its "hovering phase" and continued attacking us while taking NO damage

Gootorak does not initiate the second phase (throwing the balls) after its HP bar is depleted

Gotoorok bugged - first health bar down, but she's just running around not triggering next phase

While doing a 4 man run online in a D-02, Facility level 3+Boss, Complexity 2 in the Fungal Swamp, the Gatekeeper boss would continue attacking for several minutes after having its healthbar deplet...

Gotorok Gatekeeper fell to 0 health, but instead of transitioning to the phase to throw the orbs to close the rift, it proceeded to continue to attack like normal, no additional damage was visiball...

Boss became unkillable and will not advance to next stage. Possible has to do with getting frozen buit I am not sure given that I have no way to replicate it.

Gotoorak gatekeeper would not go back in his hole after breaking all of his armor, it took ~8 minutes for him to go to the next phase. He was invincible and moving around without hitting the cutsce...
