Falconer revive ability is not working- even when I am in range and I can see a teammate down, I do not have the option to use the revive ability.

On D-04, the falconer's revive ability is constantly greyed out, so the player can't revive anyone. On D-03, it is greyed out over half of the time, so it can hardly be used to revive players.
