Turrets cannot be placed down anymore

visible sentry ammo bug, when retcons ability wore off the visual ammo number would be 2 and would be updated to one less if i placed a sentry(if i had one)

I couldnt play the turret equipment anymore,it worked for a 2 stages then until the end of the mission I could not place a single one but the ammo counter permanently had 2/2 turrets,
