Character Stuck Underwater After Landing in Apache Helicopter

Steps to Reproduce

1. I was flying above the map.
2. I tried to shoot Apache rockets at a target.
3. The rockets were coming from halfway across the map and not hitting what I aimed at.
4. The rockets were hitting something in the center of the map.
5. I could see the trails of the rockets going straight down into the oil rig from afar.
6. I spammed the rockets and watched it happen several times.
7. I tried landing on the water to get out of the Apache, hoping it would fix the bug.
8. I ended up under the map.

Explanation

I landed on the water with the Apache and rolled upside down in Paradise and all the sudden I was stuck to the water could still fly but not move then eventually I pushed all the way through and I could fully spatially fly underneath the map but could not get out, I posted a photo along with this description as proof
