Explanation

After a long session, I lost hours of progress. I was grinding to reach level 11 at Medic class. I reached 29K points and the match ended. In order to get the last 1K points to reach level 11, I joined another match which apperantly just ended, so I landed on the match end screen directly. I then joined another match and during the match, I got a notification saying that I unlocked the condor x7. When I tried to equip it, I saw that it was still locked and 7000 points from my progression was gone. I was back at 22K. I don't know if my progression in other classes have been wiped or not.
