Improve Helicopter Controls for More Realistic Gameplay

Make the chopper less arcade.
We were brainstorming at Impressions channel and people since to agreed with something more like VTOL in controls, or with a joystick you'd need to grab in the cockpit, more physics based (but of course arcade)
