Adjust Fall Damage to Allow Higher Safe Fall Distances

I think fall damage needs to be adjusted to allow players to fall from slightly greater heights without taking damage. I jumped off a small cliff near the E flag and took about 10 fall damage from it. Thought I was getting shot at until I replicated it again in the same spot in a different match.
