Restrict Local Server Access to Local Players to Reduce Ping

Local server access restrictions to avoid high server ping. Geo IP-Address access to local servers only.
Local servers get flooded with players from other countries which heavily effect’s the server performance (high ping) introducing glitches and lagging.
