Add better gore. Now hear me out, I'm not asking for crazy amount of gore like bonelab. I'm asking for gore like better blood when you shoot someone, wounds that heal, and and bleeding out when hit by a sniper. Also make the ammo box and medkit more realistic. Instead of it dropping, Make it so you can drop them and players can pick it up and store it in a vest patch (which you should add) or use them. And for them to use it they must unzip it and grab the ammo/heals.
