Heavy mahineguns like m249 are under-used at this moment.
I suggest that those heavy machineguns could damage helicopters since helis are not bulletproofs.
Maybe 1% per hit could be a good start.
Would help to match the in air repair by the passengers.
I don't think any other weapon than those heavy ones should do damage to helicopters.
