Add hud element to show names (including team affiliation and if in your squad or not) of people who are talking in range that you can hear.

Also add a hud element to show specifically if someone talking is in the same vehicle as you.

Makes it a bit easier to communicate and not get confused, but also easier to know who is calling you slurs and being toxic so you can accurately report them more easily.

Make it only show up above a certain volume threshold. Im not sure how vc works in this game if theres background noise cancelation or not, but basically only make it show when someone is actually speaking.
