Add a rope to helicopter so pilots could drop off personnel at points of capture
(Not sure if this is in the game but going to write it anyway) Add landing mode to helicopters, as a toggle that lowers sensitivity on joysticks so it would be easier to land to pick up soliders at HQ (Would be good on fjord as there is little to none good spots for landing on 2-4 capture points exept for the road)
