Add Private Lobbies and Spectator Mode for Enhanced Gameplay

Private lobbies would be a great addition. No need for modifiers just to be able to create a lobby for private games and matches.

A spectator mode would also be a huge win as casting games would be great for players and promoting the game on streams.
