Improve teams balancing. Recently I've found the majority of games seem to have a huge disparity in teams ability, with one team dominating the other. This then carries through multiple games and the only way to avoid it is to go and find another server, which can be challenging with a larger party and often results in just joining another unbalanced game.
Perhaps move some of the squads across teams between games to try and better balance a teams skill. I'd assume this could be done using each players level as a metric to balance it.
