Sniper Class: Binoculars for Spotting and Bipods for Stabilization

Binoculars and Bipods for the Sniper Class
Replace the grenade for binoculars, and get rewarded 50XP per spot Assists, catch note, the spot duration is lowered.
Bipods- Stabilize sniping, better for long range shots
Reticles for 6 and 10x scope should have tally marks to also aid in sniping.
