Link Meta and Steam Accounts for Cross-Platform Play

Add Cross-Platform Account Linking via Code Entry in Settings

So if you have the game on Meta or steam make it so you can click on settings and then there will be a certain tab for you to reveal a code type that code into the steam version or the quest version and the account will be linked
