Phaser tool for enforcers

The phaser would be a gadget for the enforcer team that would allow you to go theough breakable walls without breaking them, simply activate the phaser (it will make a low hum noise, defender can hear it if close) and walk through the wall, while using the phaser you cant use any guns, and it has a battery life of 10 seconds (roughly 3 wall walks worth) it can be toggled on and off at will and will cost roughly $400. Thoughts?
