Explanation
This has been going on for a really long time now. Today is just my last straw. My game has been crashing for a very long time. I have sent multiple crash reports and have never once received a response on when this issue will be fixed or that you are looking into the issue. While on the same topic I have received temporary bans preventing me from joining other games with my friends, instead I have to sit idle while they play an entire match without me, for something that I can not control. I have spent money on this game. I have played this game for a really long time. This is very disappointing and upsetting.
