Steps to Reproduce

1. Scamper a pallet as Chucky using Slice & Dice.

Explanation

In the 10.2.2a Backend Bugfix Patch, Chucky's scamper speed was buffed to 0.8 seconds from 1 second. However, it is not correctly applying to his pallet vaults, which remain at 1 second.
