The event milestone task progress does not increase after I finish a full match. I have completed the task requirements, but the progress bar remains the same.

I played in an internet cafe. I finished the match completely and did not leave early, but the task still had no progress. This bug has happened many times.

Explanation
Platform: Steam PC (Internet cafe)
Issue: The game crashes randomly after playing for a few minutes in a match.
I have tried adding launch parameter -dx11, turned down all graphics settings to the lowest, disabled Steam overlay, verified game files, but the crash still happens.
No fixed map or killer when crashing.
I got a 10+ minute ban because of this crash, and I am upset about it.
