View bug , shows 3rd perspective as killer. Spring trap axe can't be thrown

Explanation
Camera switches to a 3rd person as a killer at the start of the game and the character looks is bugged as well, it happend a few times with pyramid head and once with springtrapso far, and I couldn't use the axe when playing as him (couldn't use his power) all on console (ps4)
