Unexpected Disconnections and Unfair Penalties While Playing as Killer in 2v8 Mode

Explanation

Time and again while actually playing a match—usually a good one where I’m winning (lately this happens when I play as the Killer in the 2v8 mode)—I get kicked back to the lobby. No reason is given (my internet connection is fine; I stay connected on Discord without any drops), yet the game blames me for the disconnection. There is literally nothing I can do; the screen just freezes during the match and I get kicked out—even though my internet is working perfectly (this doesn't happen when I play as a Survivor, by the way)—yet I get hit with a 5–15 minute ban! That is, to put it mildly, unfair. It is your fault that the game is unstable and riddled with bugs and errors that prevent users—who, I might add, spend money on this game—from playing properly, only for you to punish them for it. I realize this message likely won't change anything, but I know for a fact I’m not the only one suffering from this, and I hope you eventually address the issue so that the cause of disconnections is tracked accurately and penalties are applied fairly—rather than punishing players for things that aren't their fault!
