Jill Valentine's Bloodweb has stopped spawning perk nodes. Jill is Prestige 3, Bloodweb Level 24, and I have not unlocked all available general Survivor perks on her. Despite this, I have received no new perk nodes in the Bloodweb.

Jill is currently Prestige 3 and Bloodweb Level 24. Her Bloodweb consistently contains no perk nodes despite her not having all general Survivor perks unlocked. I have attached screenshots showing her Bloodweb and current perk inventory. This began after progressing Jill through Prestige levels. I am specifically missing additional general perks, but the Bloodweb is not offering any new perks at all. Please investigate whether Jill's Bloodweb/perk progression is bugged.

Prestige: 3
Bloodweb Level: 24
Jill's Bloodweb has stopped spawning perk nodes entirely. I have not unlocked all available general Survivor perks on Jill, but after reaching Prestige 3 the Bloodweb is no longer offering new perks.
This is not an issue of choosing other perks over the missing perks — there are no perk nodes appearing in the Bloodweb at all.
