Steps to Reproduce

1. Continued playing 2v8 to see if another chest spawned.
2. Checked other locations on the map for other chests with similar issues
3. Relaunched DBD

Explanation

Playing 2v8 Yamaoka Estate and a chest spawned for the spray to counter Wesker and it was in between two cracks unable to be opened.
