Explanation
Hello Dead by Daylight Support Team,
I am unable to join any lobbies or start matchmaking on the Xbox PC (Game Pass) version of Dead by Daylight. I consistently receive the error message: "Connection with host could not be established".
To eliminate any local setup or ISP issues on my end, I have already performed extensive troubleshooting:
Verified Teredo tunneling status (it is active and qualified).
Port forwarding (UDP 3074, 88, 27000–27031) and Winsock/IP resets.
Tested via a mobile phone hotspot (ruling out my local router/ISP/CGNAT).
Clean re-installation of the game into a custom directory (C:\Games) to avoid WindowsApps permissions issues.
Cleared local cache (%localappdata%\DeadByDaylight and SystemAppData).
Re-installed Xbox Identity Provider and Gaming Services.
Since the issue persists across different networks and local Windows user accounts, it appears to be a server-side issue with my Xbox Cloud/BHVR Account Session Token (stuck/corrupted XUID state).
Could you please manually refresh/reset my account session and matchmaking tokens on your end?
