Steps to Reproduce
- Launch dbd on PC through the XBOX app
- Start a public match either as killer or surv
- Play the match for several minutes
- The game starts freezing and then the Dead by Daylight Crash Reporter appears
- The crash reporter shows an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error
- If you open Dead by Daylight again, it will count as disconnection and a matchmaking penalty is applied
- It appears randomly during gameplay
Explanation
The game randomly crashes in the middle of a public match and closes to the desktop. The Dead by Daylight Crash Reporter appears and reports an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error. After restarting the game, the match is counted as a disconnection and a matchmaking penalty is applied, even though I did not intentionally leave the match and is more than just one time so penalty time is getting longer and longer
