Steps to Reproduce
- Ps5 console, main menu > touch touch pad to open friends menu
- click the plus icon on friend
- click join party
- invite goes through (request to join)
- invite accepted
- notification received “GAME VERSION MISMATCH unable to join host. Please ensure there is no pending update in your game download queue”
Explanation
hoping someone could help!
I play DBD with the Mrs, I’m on PS5 and she is on PS4.
I have had an update and she hasn’t and now it won’t allow us to play together due to version mismatch?
I have tried checking for update on her end but says it’s up to date.
I have restarted her console and still no update push.
I know behaviour had this issue before with an update not working for the ps4 and so did a delayed update. Is this the same thing?
I’ve tried searching online and discord and can’t find any mention of it
