Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into any map that has an achievement tied to it (e.g. Shattered Square, Shelter Woods, etc.)
2. Complete the generator indicated by the achievement description.
3. Open the exit gates and escape the level.
4. Return to main lobby.

Explanation

Map-specific achievements are not unlocking. This affects all map-specific achievements that require repairing a generator as a survivor and then escaping the map.

Have personally verified that Shock Therapy (escape Disturbed Ward after completion of the second floor generator), Old West Oasis (complete the generator in Dead Dawg Saloon and escape), and Hack the Mainframe (escape Shelter Woods after repairing the generator next to the command centre) are not unlocking.

There are several bug reports and reddit threads regarding the other map-specific achievements, so this issue appears to affect every map. It also does not appear to be limited to a specific platform, as similar reports from Xbox Series, PS5, and PC have all emerged since the last patch.
