Explanation
I experienced a serious bug while playing a match against the new Killer. I loaded into the match and started repairing a generator, but as soon as I began repairing it, I got completely stuck in the repair animation and was unable to move.
The Killer could still hit me, and even after I was unhooked, I still couldn’t move. I was eventually put on my second hook. When another survivor came to unhook me, I was able to move normally for a few seconds, but then I got stuck again, this time in the healing animation. I remained unable to move for the rest of the match.
After I died, I was also stuck in the match until the last survivor died, meaning I couldn’t properly leave the game.
On top of this, my game has been crashing very frequently when I play through Epic Games. I have already submitted the crash reports/details, yet I still end up receiving a 30-minute matchmaking ban because of crashes that are completely out of my control.
This is extremely frustrating and makes the game genuinely annoying to play. These bugs seem to have become much more frequent since the release of the new Killer.
Please fix these issues, especially the movement/animation bug and the crashes. It’s incredibly frustrating to be punished with bans for technical problems that I’m not causing.
