- Anytime I try to play killer

Hi!
I haven't played killer in a few weeks but I wanted to play it again since my friends weren't online but when I went to play killer, my perks were still as if i was in chaos shuffle? I uninstalled and reinstalled and I'm still having this issue. I cannot select my perks and am given randomized perks.
