Game Freezing and Stuck on Hook During Killer Attack

Explanation

once i loaded into a game i started running but the game kept gltivhing and micro pelerpoting be behind so i was the same speed as walking when i tried to fix it by a doing a vault i was stuck in place, then the killer picked me up and the wiggle bar wasnt even moving,after the killer hooked me and the game ended but the game was stuck i was on the hook but it didnt load me into the end screen, after a minute my survivor disappeared from the hook entirely
