1. Send Survivor (A) to the exlie
2. Hook Survivor (B)
3. Let someone Unhook Survivor (B)
4. Let Survivor (B) Liberate survivor (A) from Exile

Explanation

Liberating teammate from Exile doesn't count as Conspicuous Action and keep survivors in Endurance status.(Which is not fair)
