Steps to Reproduce
- Opened the Playstation store
- Bought the add on pack for 1,100 Auric cells
Explanation
So I went in the Playstation store app, and bought the 9.99 euro pack for the 1.100 Auric cells. But when I opened the game I still had only 110 and when I press the little plus sign next to the Auric cells at top right it shows me a Playstation message and then a in game message that goes like this
Playstation : The item you are looking for is unavailable. it might not be for sale yet, or it might not longer be for sale.
the in-game message: THERE ARE NO AURIC CELL PACKS CURENTLY AVAILABLE.
which is weird I bought many Auric cells packs directly from in-game and packs straight from the Playstation store. I hope you can help me with it or at least like explain to me what caused it. I of course have the receipt in my email and in the Playstation website. thank you so much for your time.
