Achievements 'Stranger Sightings' and 'Bless you' Not Tracking Progress

Explanation

The achievements Stranger Sightings and Bless you are bugged. I've exceeded the requirements needed to complete both achievements and it has failed to track any progress during and after the match. I have "completed" these achievements in nearly 10 different matches now and it has failed to give them to me. I have tried with 1 perk incase the bug was caused by having multiple stacking variables, i have also tried using full builds to guarantee i get the needed requirements. This is mainly a Stranger Sightings issue but with the Bless you achievement it is failing to track the number of totems i have completed.
