Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as The Nurse.
2. Load Into "Yamaoka Estate"
3. Lineup the blink like shown in the video and notice you can teleport in an unintended area

Explanation

there is a major issue after the 10.0.3 update on the yamaoka where there is no blink block at all under the hill
