Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a match with Houndmaster
2. Use the redirect command with Houndmaster when a survivor is nearby

Explanation

Houndmaster does not get killer instinct from the Dog when using the redirect command. This bug in for a long time in the game and sometimes it only affects one survivor or all survivor (so one or all survivors don't get revealed by the redirect killer instinct).
