Could you please investigate this i don't think i'm the only one i already sent a message to support for my progression but this should get fixed asap cause this could be bad for the game

Steps to Reproduce
- Synced my Steam and Nintendo accounts
- Logged into the game
- Lost almost everything in my account
- same thing on every platform even if i restart the game
Explanation
I lost a huge amount of progress on my account after linking it with my Nintendo account.
I own the game on every platform (literally), and I waited to sync my Nintendo account so I could redeem the 10 million code on Nintendo first, then sync everything afterward, hoping to receive the rewards twice instead of just once.
However, after linking my account, I noticed that all of my Prestige levels were gone. I had every character at least Prestige 3, multiple characters at Prestige 100, and several others above Prestige 10, on both killers and survivors. Now, every single character is Prestige 0.
The strange thing is that I still have all of my cosmetics, including the Prestige player icons. For example, I still have the Prestige 100 player icon for characters that are now showing as Prestige 0.
I also lost my account level. I was Devotion 10, but now my account looks like I just started playing the game.
On top of that, I've lost all of my items, add-ons, and offerings.
Finally, I've also lost access to my Rift Pass. Even though I already completed it and claimed all of the rewards, the game is telling me that I have to purchase it again.
