Steps to Reproduce
- Precede to a page where there is a list such as settings or quest.
- Use the right joystick to navigate.
- In the meantime, press any button or touch the left joystick from time to time.
- This is when the cursor would move at random directions.
Explanation
Excuse me , but I seem to have a problem with my controller.
When I navigate through a list, like the one in the settings or quest page, with my right joystick, the cursor tends to move around. I am not touching the left joystick when this happens.
I used the hardware tester website to examine my controllers, but they work fine.
I contact the seller of the controllers , but they don't seem able to provide me the best solution.
Please tell me what could possibly cause this and how to fix it.
