Steps to Reproduce
- Equip Wide Open Throttle
- Vault a Window while Wide Open Throttle is off cooldown
- Receive a 15% Haste bonus after vaulting a window
Explanation
Vaulting a Window while Wide Open Throttle is off cooldown gives 15% Haste on every fast vault
