Actual Result:	A survivor who has Victor attached should not be able to escape through the Exit Gate until Victor is removed or detached
Expected Result:	The survivor was able to escape through the Exit Gate while Victor was still attached to them. This is not intended behavior and appears to be a bug

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a match as The Twins
2. Power Victor and attach him to a survivor
3. Allow or force the survivor to reach an opened Exit Gate while Victor is still attached
4. Have the survivor attempt to leave through the Exit Gate
5. Observe that the survivor is able to escape despite Victor remaining attached

Explanation

While playing as The Twins, I attached Victor to a survivor near an opened Exit Gate. Despite Victor being attached, the survivor was still able to escape through the Exit Gate. According to the intended game mechanics, survivors should be prevented from escaping through an Exit Gate while Victor is attached to them.
