Additional Notes & Comments:	These are sort of annoying to get as it is. Having to do the challenge multiple times with no guaruntee is quite frustrating.

2. Used only unique perks
3. escaped
4. No achievement

Explanation

Adept Steam Achievements not working. Not the first time this has happened to me. Escaped with 3 Unique Perks only, and still didn't get the achievement. Multiple characters.
