Steps to Reproduce

1. Play The Nurse
2. Charge your blink
3. Look down/up
4. See that the arm and hand are twisted

Explanation

The Nurse's hand and arm are twisted when looking down/up, her arm is straight even though it needs to be CURVED !! You should watch the video and screenshots I'm about to post.

Basically, the arm used to be curved years ago, but ever since her bugs appeared, her arm is straight even though it's not normal. When looking up/down, the hand and arm are twisted.
