Steps to Reproduce

1. Play the nurse character
2. Use her power
3. Notice the missing animations
4. Notice how her arms are not moving and they seem "broken"

Explanation

After the latest patch,most of the nurses' bugs have been fixed.This fixes made her really fun and enjoyable to play and verse as well.However she still experiences some old bugs that have been tormenting her for the last three years : she doesn't play her hands animations whenever she hits survivors with her blink attacks,she doesn't play her hands animations whenever she misses survivors with her blink attacks and her arms are still broken.
