Steps to Reproduce

1. Play Huntress.
2. Throw at a survivor.
3. Watch at the hatchets go through them.

Explanation

Huntress hatchets are phasing through survivors out in the open after the 9.6.0 patch. I've had a few games where my hatchets have gone perfectly through people and done no damage.
