The ghoul leaps cant function properly so if your higher then 40-80 ms its gona be noticeable and if your on 300 you cant even play him

This bug come out long time ago and make me ore the other ghoul players lose the match sometimes because of it its really change the game play of ghoul i wana free style him but the delay of leap keeps making me lose because i cant use my power like i used to, im in the middle east i once have a ping of 30-80 ms and it was sooo good but with the middle east server has been deleted my normal ping is 100-300 ms so i really cant play ghoul much i used to because of this bug

Steps to Reproduce
- Play the ghoul on a normal match
- Try to leap on the wall got delayed
- With the healthy nerf the ghoul got if you on high ping trying to bite another survivor theres 50/50 chance to hit him with the power
- Missed the leap because of the ping
- 80% of the match got delayed and the survivors can out run me a mile distance
- Lost the match i shouldve won because of the lag
Explanation
The ghoul leap is delayed if you have high ping (and im in the middle east so i cant play the ghoul normally because i dont have a server=high ping)
