Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Dead by Daylight on Xbox One
- Queue into a match as survivor
- Load into the match
- Character cannot move or turn, only crouch works
Explanation
Hello, I’m experiencing a serious issue in Dead by Daylight on Xbox One. When I load into a match, I am unable to move my character or rotate the camera. The only action that works is crouching.
I have already tried restarting my console, leaving matches, and switching accounts, but the issue continues to happen every time I play. This is preventing me from being able to play the game at all.
I recently purchased a cosmetic, so it’s especially frustrating that I can’t actually use it due to this problem. I would really appreciate any help or a fix for this issue.
