Explanation

Plagues vomit projecties are severely indecisive and will literally just choose to
Not infect survivors even if it touches them. The survivor will scream as an indication that they were hit by the vomit but just not become infected. Corrupt purge is very bad as well as you can clearly hit the survivor and nothing happens, please update the hitbox.
