It is not consistent I get it once or twice a game when I am using my chainsaw constantly

Some players do not get the input bug, and some due it just seems to be inconsistent.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start charging billy's chainsaw
  2. Keep the chainsaw charge bar around 75%
  3. It is inconsistent but the higher ping the more chance there is to have it

Explanation

There is a bug right now with billy and I'm sure other characters but mainly effecting billy to my knowledge. The bug causes billy's charge bar to not detect the revving of the saw input. It seems to be somewhat ping based but not completely. I had 100 ping today after being put on the wrong servers and it was missing multiple inputs in a row. Certain players seem to not get it but some players get it more than others.
