Actual Result:	The Ghoul can get players to become permanently stuck inside of Lockers if he attacks them while they are in the locker.
Expected Result:	Players should be unable to stand inside of Lockers if they're not hiding. The Ghould should not be able to attack players inside of Lockers.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play in a match as or against a Ghoul
2. Have a Survivor enter a locker
3. Have the Ghoul use his Kagune on the Survivor inside of the locker (perhaps as they are entering the Locker)

Explanation

The Ghoul can Kagune-attack Survivors that are inside/entering Lockers, and they will take damage. When this happens, the Survivor is no longer considered "Hiding" and will become stuck inside of the Locker, with no possible way of escaping.
